I fail to see how killing of Bluch sardars would bring the Baluchis out of oppression. It only adds to the hatred they have for the rest of Pakistan. Its true that Baluch sardars have not given anything to their people... but have we?
Yeah. While I celebrate the death of every Taliban, the killing of Bugti was nothing more then a sad end to sad life.
The whole Baloch movement deserves some sympathy. Unlike the Taliban, they have kept the insurgency away from innocent people in the rest of the country. If they have caused any damage, its to their own infrastructure.
They are simply fighting for their rights. They arent trying to impose any fascist belief system on anyone. They simply want what they were promised.

BTW, keep in mind that only reason Bugti started war was because Pakistani govt decided to convert so call area "Bs" to area "As". Area Bs r under the control of these sardars while area "As" are controlled by the govt. Area Bs pretty much are no go area for govt. In area Bs these thugs have their own armiess & run affairs as they please w/o intervention from either provincial or federal govts.
Also, over the years govt has pumped in 10s of billion of rupees to keep these thugs happy so they don't blow gas pipelines...which is what they're doing now.

NO Sir, you got it wrong. So called some media persons & politicians used this issue for political gains. They delibertaly use this issue against the previous government and play with public sentiments. On the other hand people were never given access to truth and fair reporting. That's where i have problem.

We were busy in full-filings demands of Balouch Suckers aka Sardar's. It has nothing to do with Pakistan Government.

It is another issue and we will digress. But when we can go and set up gas fields and oil fields there, why not schools? Why is it that Quetta has only 3 CNG stations while I have more within one kilometer radius of my home? No sardars in Quetta, right?

If I'm not wrong there are few schools and a university in Baluchistan too..... so? Where there is less/minimal influence of Sardars there are educational institutions.

Not few, but many...including medical colleges. The point is that govt can't do anything b/c these sardars and obstacles to any progress or development in Baluchistan. They want to keep their people under their control and to do that they have to keep them illiterate and under their thumbs.
