Having to take 'breaks' because of major health crises amongst family members. I'll answer the second part of the question in a couple years...

GM, sorry to hear of your tough situation. Hope Allah's help gives you the strength to deal with this.

Taking breaks from career due to family health crisis , is , no doubt a very hard thing to go through. Its difficult to keep a job and one is always under pressure to justify the situation to the bosses. Obviously this also impacts the career progression and personal growth.

Anyhow, Wish you all the very best in dealing with this difficult phase of life ..
