The thing that you totally love about your kid(s)

Re: The thing that you totally love about your kid(s)

Re: The thing that you totally love about your kid(s)

This thread is making a baby-hater want to have babies :naak:

Re: The thing that you totally love about your kid(s)

I love how my nephews drive me crazy and right when I"m about to lose it, they lookat me wiht those big brown eyes and say “I lau u fuffo” or give me hugs and I melt :teary1:

I love how my older nephew (4 and a half) talks, I may not listen to everything or be able to explain it all, but…knowing that it feels like just yesterday he was babbling and making noises and now he says real words and sentences :naak: I love how he’s so curious and wants to know everything. Sometimes I’m shocked at how “mature” he can be.

I love how the younger one (3 and a half) looks like me :hehe: No but he’s so affectionate and cuddly. He’ll hug me out of nowhere. When we’re in the park, the older one can play with other kids on his own while the lil one always looks back for me.

I love how the lil one follows his big brother around (even to the toilet :hinna: ), but then he can also tease him too. But the funny thing is, both of them display some of the same personality traits, just not at the same time! Like when one is really sensitive, the other will be calmer and nicer.

Re: The thing that you totally love about your kid(s)

My parents love everything about me, I am a shareef kid.

Re: The thing that you totally love about your kid(s)

My little one is now One and Half year old and i luv it when he,

Tries to sing a song for me ( eyes closed, some broken noise out of his mouth and his hands waving in a rhythm)

When he comes to me hold my hand and says, baba, khelaiN...and don't take NO for an answer

Re: The thing that you totally love about your kid(s)

When I come home all tired and feeling finished… I hear my children and the tiredness is put aside for one last hurrah! :lifey:

I cannot be idle anymore when the Children depend on me to bring excitement each day… I used to be on the lookout for my wife always trying to bring something new be it a gift or flowers. My babies are still too young to understand but I love seeing them and just being with them and carying them in my arms.

Re: The thing that you totally love about your kid(s)

Absolutely nothing.

Re: The thing that you totally love about your kid(s)

baby-hater :smack: is not that little extreme

then do something about it

Re: The thing that you totally love about your kid(s)

my little one just learned how to clap yesterday. i'll sing 'clap your hands together', and he starts clapping. it's just too cute :D

Re: The thing that you totally love about your kid(s)

Another thing I am loving thesedays is how she starts to dance whenever I sing her the ‘banana song’…It is nothing..I made it up a few days ago to make her eat a banana ..:smack:
So now whenever I sing 'Mama give me some bananas,Mama I like bananas… Mama gimme some bananas…"…in a specific tone and with certain hand gestures, she stops doing whatever she is…laughs and starts dancing…!!
Oh and it also makes her eat some banana…

Re: The thing that you totally love about your kid(s)

Elder one: He loves eating/dinning out. So if he misses out a chance, he does not feel too good about it. So if sometimes after dropping them at Islamic School, me and begum goes out on date at some local restaurant and he sees the soda-glass (or leftover food) in car, he makes not-so-happy face and always asks “BABAaAAA did you go to whatever restaurant”? :). Aah I wait to hear that sentence before handing him bad of his fav food from the restaurant.

Little one The way she keeps on making and sending me “cards” using my printer paper. So sometimes she draws spongebob (thats her) and Patrik (thats me), some times she draws Dora (thats her) and Boots the monkey (that me). Whatever she draws at the bottom there always is a little heart drawn and next to it “_____ love baba”

The 1 year old - when she hasnt seen me in a day or so…she clings to me and holds me so tight

The 2 month old - I love how he smiles in his sleep
