Two children were sitting outside a clinic. One of them was crying very loudly.
2nd Child: ‘Why are you crying?’
1st Child: ‘I came here for blood test’.
2nd Child: ‘So? Were you afraid?’
1st Child: ‘No but for the blood test, they cut my finger and that hurt.’
Hearing this the second child started crying.
The first one was surprised and asks, 'Why are you crying ?
2nd Child: ‘I’ve come here for my urine test!’
People and things do not upset us, rather we upset ourselves by believing that they can upset us.
