I dont know why the posts got deleted but since someone is accusing the ISI for being jihadi, I should add again that the ISI is run by Musharraf's close rishteydaar Nadeem Taj.

ISI is out of control, especially at the lower levels. Mush does not met every ISI agent each day and ask him when he is doing.
Are you suggesting that Mush was meeting every single Naik, Lance Naik, Subedar of army to keep a check on them when he was COAS and now he is meeting every chapraasi of all ministers, all bearaucrats and their secretaries to keep them in control? He doesn't have to meet every single one of them in order to keep a leash on them.

The ISI is a state within a state, please at least read up on history. There are no orders that can be issued that will remove jihadi-fasadi thinking from the minds of the people. The other option is to destroy ISI. That will not be without much bloodshed.
