Sharapova finally defeated Mauresmo after three failed attempts previuosly
6-0, 4 - 6, 6-0. She was at this dominating best and since winning her wimbledon title, it was her sixth major semifinal and first she won. Awesome performance.....
Sharapova v Hardenne should be a great match and If sharapova manages to find the kind of form she displayed today, she will win it.

andy roddicks advances to the finals. Now, no matter what,...this is going to be really interesting with the majority of the crowd backing up Roddick against Federer. Anyways, that's tomorrow...Sharapova plays tonight against Henin-Hardenne. That won't be bad either.

For a second there I thought "Man, this guy must be really high to mix up two distincly different sports like that". But then I realized that Andy Roddick's intials are A-Rod as well. Purrty cool.
And I hope Roddick is able to win this. It would be a really sweet comeback that way. He was VERY mediocre for the majority of the year but he has only recently started to come to form.

although it’s not nice to see Federer winning everything, I don’t like Roddick at all. So therefore I hope Federer wins it :k: He was my second favorite this tournament after Agassi

i would love federe to win because my first choice was agassi but since he lost now i am hoping that plz god federer wins against roddick because roddick no doubt played really well in this tournament but he sort of has some ego problem or there is some attitude in him that shows so i dont want him to win plus i want some non american to break the record of sampras who was my favorite but now i want some non american to break the record of any american plus dont want any american to win anymore. i am glad that now federer and nadal are bringing a strong rivalry among themselves and look at federer he is superb has reached all the four grand slam finals this year plus he has one advantage that sampras never had and that is that he can get to french open final which sampras never passed after third round or quaterfinals

Federer is getting boring. he ALWAYS has the answers whatever is thrown at him. But oh man what a player is he! :k: Amazing. I think he will end up breaking all tennis records.

federer will go on to win a lot of grand slams just like sampras,but he'll struggle to win french open.
