**Supporters of Shariah Department of Education has been active in developing and funding schools for girls. This programme came about after realizing that Taliban’s lack of financial resources were the main cause of providing safe Islamic education structure and opportunity for girls. In addition,
because of strong contempt for Islamic government and Shariah law by most of the world governments, western media has portrayed an image
of fundamentalism. These efforts have aided in further denying resources and forcing Taliban to spend the little they have in areas of
security and welfare. The western media has clearly been the biggest enemy to the girls in Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
