Do you know all of it?

I must confess, I don’t know most of it. Pathetic, I know. But it is one of the most depressing parts of the Islamic history and I just don’t feel like reading up on it. I don’t even like to watch news reports/documentaries on Karbala/Moharram.

How would you summarise it in a few lines?

It was the finest hour of the flower of Muslim faith which even in Martyrdom was an ultimate triumph.

Karbala was the ultimate sacrifice of the Prophets Fammily and thier sacrifice gave us all lesson never to accept Yazeed.
