There is a Darshan Yatra’ that’s orgainsed to this temple every year in the month of April and it starts from Swami Narayan temple(M.A Jinnah Road Opp: K.M.C),Karachi .
The local Baluchis,even Mulims call the shrine `Nani-Ka-Haj’. It’s a cave temple basically.
