This book is not written by both ex chiefs of RAW and ISI, but it is conversation between them and Aditya Sinha compiled the discussion between them in the shape of book.
There was nothing new but both chiefs accepted most of the perception and the existence of reality.
For me it is RAW-ISI leaks… where both former head did discussion for the sake of good relation between two rivals.
