That’s a symptom for anemia or mineral dificiency i think. Check out what ‘pica’ is..my cousins used to eat paper aswell! One of my cousins in Pakistan used to lick the plaster off the walls and if anyone asked where he was all we had to do was look behind a curtain and he’d be stuck to the wall licking it like a goat! LOL
