OMG that sounds awful.
In the same ball game, one of teacher had perfume allergy so we sprayed it all over her desk before her class so that she would let us sit outside in the playground. 
Did you succeed in your effort ?

My daadi ammi told me to watch the milk she had put on the stove to boil and make sure it doesn’t spill. Meanwhile, everyone else was watching some PTV drama and all I wanted to do was watch the drama. I put my head to the kitchen window so I could at least hear the dialogues. I got distracted and the milk spilled not just all over the stove but on the floor as well. We had none left for tea the next morning. Grandma was so mad.

i was quite young and i remember this incidence vividly.
my mom got upset with my older brother [she hardly ever got mad at her children]…she asked me to bring a ruler and i promptly obliged her…my brother got a few thrashings [mild] on his palm…
—after he was done with his share of spanking, he cornered me in an isolated part of the house…he got even with me…he asked me why did i bring the ruler…
…i told him i was a good son of my mom so i carried out her orders…he said, well, i’m older than you so you get what mom gave to me. [spanking]
