Other day i was just watching a drama on PTV while having dinner… and there was a scene going on when the couple was having a bad time and they showed that the wife is saying her prayers and as they were just showing the ending part of the prayer (namaz)… they showed her saying his Assalam o alaikum first to the left and then to the right.. and i was literally shocked…
I mean come on there must have been like more than half a dozen crew members then there is a director and then this drama must have been edited and passed thru the censor board… (i wander if censor board is still alive) and none spotted such an important blunder…
What kind of director we r having.? those who don’t even know their own religion ways… i mean can’t they even they do a simple homework to see how things are done.. and then how can we expect them to produce quality stuff..
I agree that it's pretty pathetic if they let this happen. Still, blame the actresss and director, not the TV channel, since they are ultimately responsible for this. PTV cannot go through each and every scene to ensure compliance with Sharia.
I haven’t been keeping up with my soaps then.
