I've cut down majorly on sugar and fried food. I managed to survive one week without sugar, after that I started feeling dizzy and tired. SO I started having a bit of sugar again. Now it's just sugar in my tea and a biscuit every once and a while. As for the fried stuff again I haven't given it up completely cuz that's just impossible cuz of our oooh sooo desi way of cooking but yeah definitely not as much as I used to have.
I haven't exactly weighed myself but I'm pretty sure I've lost a few pounds. Excersizing is still going good. I started jogging after fajr prayer and it just feels great to start off ur day like that :-)
You should really try it out.

I'll definately try it.. but too cold to jog that early.
I'll stick to my treadmill. :)
