Re: The secret of marriage
Dont believe everything your married friends tell you. Most of the time they are making up stories so that others envy them.......
I'm not saying its all bad but marriage is not all fun & roses either
yeah i know and imagine she is always telling me i will ask everyone to get married, life changes, itz all fun bla bla ..but i know that exaggeration:@:

Two SETS of problems...meaning a set of your own issues and a set of his.
Marital bliss...:)

Re: The secret of marriage
So what’s the deal? I’ve noticed a lot that women, especially the ones recently married (one or two years), especially the ones back in Pakistan tell the other non-married yet to be married girls things like “tumhain shadi kay baad baat samajh aye gi” and then this follows by a very evil, smug look that implies that now that they have been married the world has opened its entire baqsa of secrets. What is it? Is it something dirty that we can only learn once we sign our names on the dotted line? Is it that now we can openly discuss about kids poop and pee and stuff?
Cuz seriously they make it out to be something SO grand, so amazing and secretive that ones that are unmarried, no matter how old are too naive to get it. Yeah you know you’re married but that doesn’t mean you’re an oracle all of a sudden. And to be honest, it’s those ones that i’ve seen to be extremely unsure about what it means to be married in the first place. but yet, “tumhain abhi nahin pata chalay ga. shadi kay baad hi pata chalay ga ”
ok this was such a rant! didn’t mean it to be
jab murgy ka saath 24/7 rehna pary ga to sab samajh meen aa gaey ga
phir oper sy choozy…

I think when women get married they suddenly start feeling somewhat superior to their unmarried friends in that they now are a step ahead in life lessons, maturity, etc etc…although that may not be the case. I think what’s bothersome is the attitude not what they are trying to say.

Re: The secret of marriage
But there are other women who tell each other and spill the beans....:D
The trick is that do not ask.
That will bother them and they will tell you. :)
