That's because he doesn't want us to know that the father of Pakistan was anything but a pakka muslim. (Like Nehru was far from being a pakka hindu). Actually as per many of the posts in GS, Jinnah's marriage to a non-muslim would declare him a non-muslim.
Just a curiosity though, is there any juicy stuff on Jinnah? Like Nehru had an affair with Lady Mountbatten. I can accept that Jinnah was secular. I would be disappointed to learn he was asexual.
