Bogus! I start watching it a while ago. Essentially they are saying if you are pessamistic - bad things will happen to you. If you are optimistic , good things will happen to you! DUHHH!
Better suggestion is : "Hope for the best, prepare for the worst"
Although this line needs to be explained in 3 hour entertaining video to most people - so they will get realization of implication of above line!
