Not sure about scariest but the most disturbing to me were The Human Centipede films.. Texas Chainsaw Massacre, High Tension/Switchblade Romance and A Serbian Film were pretty sick as well..

I don't really find exorcism or paranormal stuff scary..

Not scary either; I watched that during a flight either a few months ago.

The Omen (original version) still gives me the creeps; it’s the background music with those Latin-sounding words…it just sounds so ominous.

Case 39…wonder why this one is not mentioned more often. That part where the possessed girl so sweetly tries to cajole her foster-mommy out from under the bed by saying “Come out, come out pumpkin head”… :crying:

The original Exorcist was scary, but I find The Omen which was released may e a year after The Exorcist to be more creepy.

I had high hopes for The Conjuring as so many said it was scary, but I thought it was okay. Not such a big deal.

The first Paranormal was scarier than the subsequent ones. If my spouse went down to the basement in the middle of the night and starts screaming I will not rescue him...I will leap from the nearest window and get the hell outa there. Seriously who doesn't turn on the lights at that unearthly hour?

Im a big baby… Every stupid little thing scares me. I watch horror movies (never alone) while the sun is still out so I have all day to get over it :eek:

The dance by Paro's mum gave me nightmares. And also the dola dola song...that was bone-chilling.
