Marrying off prebuscent girls has been going on for thousands of years as were many dubious activities that man (by the grace and gifts of God) has determined to be against humanity such as slavery, honor killings, wife beatings, etc. A man having sex with a prepubescent girl by buying off some uncaring couple's innocent and reluctant daughter ranks at the bottom of inhumane behavior by modern society. We can't judge history but we can judge those who today still advocate activities that have no place in a humane society.
