Why aren’t their scholars reminding the believing men of their roles in the Ummah?

Btw, it’s not about extra paycheck, most career oriented women put that extra money towards their children education and other things. It’s not that she is selfish, she is just amazing that she’s a good mother and has a solid career. Most muslim women I know work because they have no choice, they need the extra money. This doesn’t mean they are neglecting their children and husband. Why isn’t the husband held responsible for the upbringing of children? It’s not that he’s incapable of doing so, he doesn’t bother because he’s just so macho…
