I m talking about Pakistan and how it has changed our society & culture ?would like your views on the subject
from whattime period, from the time of british invasion or in modern times?
the role of west is often looked upon as a negative, partially because the people there have adopted the aspects which bother traditionalists, clothing, music, social interaction etc etc.
But we have done a piss poor job of adopting the aspects like fairness, discipline, work ethic over all.
I m referring to the modern times and I absolutely agree with your opinion on how we have not adopted what we should have. its sad
Even if Pakistanis do adopt the Bill of Rights per say, it will not be considered a 'western' thing as all western values are considered bad. Anything we like and adopt becomes eastern, everything else we do adopt and do not like becomes western or at other times 'Hindu Influence'
