Do you think there is any chance of less intelligent species (reptiles, other primates etc) evolving into more intelligent species and posing a challenge to man’s domination over this planet? What can be done to ward off such an eventuality? What if we have to face such scenario sometime in the future? Would it be better for us to try to enter some kind of truce with the rival species and live in peaceful co-existence? Or would we have to go for an all-out war and try to decimate the enemy combatants?

maybe we can leverage the same agreements we would have developed with robots, androids and aliens by then.

well to some level, for the most part humans and chickens live in peaceful coexistence too.

You are just assuming that everbdoy believes in evolution. I am for one a frim beliver of creationism, so the answer to you would be NO.
