There will be robbers and there will be robbery even if every person on the surface of the earth has a gun. The only thing that will change is that a robber will not merely point the gun at you but use it before you do.

Well interestingly till 1990 - in Pashtun culture ( and I am specifically talking about Pakistani pashtun , no Afghanis or Uzbuks ) where A gun is consider as ’ Mard ka Zaywar ’ … Robbery cases were almost nil ..

can’t you attribute it to the fact - that every one down there carries a Gun
