Personally, bright colors and heavy work on both eyes and lips comes off too tacky and “clowny” for my taste..
I would go for either a smokey eye with simpler, neutral lips or simple eye makeup with dramatic lips.. one or the other.
you’ll find what suits you best though. I would get some trials done of a few looks you like. when you get them done, make sure to take a picture of yourself with and without flash to see how they come out on camera. you’d be surprised what a difference it makes to judge AFTER looking at pictures instead of the mirror!
