I doubled the quantity, and had no problems with the masala. The only thing I omitted were the white peppercorns (did not have any).

Oh, and I used chicken mince.

I m still thinking as to make with chicken or beef qeema. AFayiz, any difference in as which tastes better?

All 3 types Kay achey bantey hain and taste is as different as chicken, beef n mutton are different. I personally like chicken more but that is only a taste preference. Beef ones are also so very yummy, in fact in dawat I make more with beef

thanks alot for chossing me as a guest sorry for late post im out of city…so i would like to share recipe which i ate last weekend i learn this recipe from my SIL …hope u all like …my recipe is" EGG ROLLS"

Ingredients:

Chicken 5 to 6 pieces
Capsicum 2 chopped
Carrots 3 finely grated
Spaghetti less than half
Salt add to taste
Vinger 1 teaspoon
chilli sauce 1 tbspn
oil

**For Roll :

2 cup cornflour
2 cup maida
4 eggs

Method:
boil chicken pieces with water and salt till its water gets dry set aside so its get cool…boil spaghetti… after few minutes make chicken into small pieces .take a pan and add some oil and put all chopped vegetables in it spaghetti and chicken pieces in it add vinger , chilli sauce and mix well just stir fry them … Now make egg roll pati by mixing eggs, cornflour and maida and add some water to make thin consistency mix all this will help of beater …u can add more water according to consistency becoz u have to make pancake from this by taking fry pan spread oil in it then slowly put this mixture and spread this mixture to whole pan so it spread all over and by this pancake made take some mixture in a separate bowl to stick egg rolls ..put aside and make as much u want… then take once pancake and fill with chicken vege into it fold put some mixture to stick then fold from left side then right and remain around front and just shallow fry them and serve with tomato sauce…
