^ was running out of goar cheese, so thought should give it a DESI touch, & ended up with a broozed TOUCH.

Cheddar melted on a raisin bagel. Mm mmmmm. Good for sehri, not for iftari. Not enough oil in it to make it to the desi iftari table.
