The real reason that Musharraf and Zardari don’t want to see the Chief Justice of Pakistan back is because they are worried. One is worried about his Kursi and the other is worried about his massive corruption cases coming back to haunt him. These people are putting their own personal interests before the nation. Its sad…but true!

Exactly, based on how the CJ took notice of the cases after being restored honorably last year, I am pretty sure he will go after both Zardari and Musharraf, and the first thing he will do is to declare NRO illegal and unjust. If Musharraf came to power on the pretext of the doctrine of necessity, then why did he violate that and issue the NRO? With the NRO, Musharraf lost any glim ray of credibility he ever had.
