Placing frames individually, a whole act can be created.
People who spent whole lives in making videos or create sounds, can tell.
Once I had a piece of audio and took it to a simple video/audio editor who worked for a small company. He used the software so professionally and showed me examples what could he do, it was amazing.
Basically he could change in a video, even the colors of some people’s skin, place a mole on cheek, cut pasted sound to make the person say words of his choice. Etc. Etc.
Ever seen people speaking foreign language so good by those who cannot even make the correct accent in movies?
**One can make gestures and then add audio to fill in the story.
A fake video can have some parts real.

I mean why would Amir Liaqat say " Jaise Makhan Khaya Hua Hai" Odd!
Ever see anyone who had eaten Makkhan? What kind of face would look like that?
Butter drooling face? 
Some parts of video when he says bad words do not show his lips moving the way he says and one section is when the video is from a large distance. Anything including the Ghalib sentence can be dubbed there.
In essence, is there a POSSIBILITY that the video is fake?
Absolutely!
Is there a possiblility the video is not Fake?
May be.
Now, counter argument:
Why has he not sued the Geo network. If he has it is not known yet.
Why can’t ARY do anything to defend him?
Those who are in video, why they do not come forward to either support or refute him?
