No no. The Quran is pretty moderate. the kind of people who thinking watching friggin' TV is haraam have a very poor understanding of the Quran.
My point is: Depends on what actions are considered as "moderate" and what are "not-moderate" will differ from person to person. Some may include dancing with "non-mehram" as acceptable to, some may include cover-less/shortest dresses etc.
