This issue is beginning to be discussed in Washington. CIA was provided some high profile Al-Qaida leaders, like Khaled Shaikh Muhammad and Abu Zubaidah. A good guess is that they are currently kept in undisclosed locations outside US. All the useful information that can be obtained from them is already taken out through use of torture and what not. Apparently CIA is not happy to be asked to maintain these undisclosed prisons and wants US government to make a decision what to do with these guys.
It will be interesting how this issue turns out in coming days and weeks.
