I bought lots of the churidaars in the stretchable jersey fabric that are elasticized down the bottom of the leg. I love those! I should take pics and post those to show the selection of colours. I find they wear really well!

My mum bought some from Karachi (they cost around 250rps), I bought some from a local Toronto vendor for $10 (which if you think about it is three times the cost) and I’ve spoken to a Pakistani home-based designer who said she would sell it to me for about 500rps, with shipping on top.

Try your luck with local Pakistani stores - most should be carrying them.

Here’s a really blurry picture of them - I got the turquoise and the taupy-beige ones for $10 each.

Who is this designer? I want these churidars and unless I go 45 minutes alllllllllllllllll the way to Devon, it ain’t happening. Plus, in stores they retail at $20 a piece minimum.
