Lol. This is kinda true. I think it’s all relative at the end of the day. Why a girl who is 5ft 2" would reject a guy that is 5ft 6" is crazy! Similarly I’m 6ft, a girl who is 5ft 2" would seem like a midget. Just saying.

I am 5’2" and husband is 6’1". I don’t wear heels either. He likes the fact that I am little. We met in our teen years so not like I was out looking for a tall hunk. I got lucky.

I wont mind having a guy same as my height or tall… but not short than me :frowning: …

5ft 7" , slim girl here (i end up looking even taller because of my weight) so all I’ve ever wanted was a tall guy (6ft and above) but have only run into teeny tiny’s lol. Hence, my quest for a tall man is justified. Aint nobody wants a husband she has to look down at.

all i care that we should look nice standing next to each other … so given that i am 6 ft, I need someone which is at least 5’5" + but definitely not 6 ft+

Lol yeah people focus too much on superificial things when thinking about marriage. Focus needs to be on more substantial things like persons personality and character, having compatible values, mindsets and goals and having a good understanding of one another–this is more difficult than it seems. A guys looks or his height isn’t going to have any effect on sustaining a marriage.

This reminds of when my mother was looking for a rishta for my brother. She was discussing it with a rishta auntie and stated she wanted a nice tall girl for her 6 foot son and wouldn’t consider someone shorter. I opened my mouth and proceeded with- mum ur 4ft 10 and dad is almost 6 foot.
