The quest for fair skinned wife

Re: The quest for fair skinned wife

I never claimed that kind of knowledge. Conversely, all your posts imply that you do have knowledge of his existence. That's the reason I asked you for proof. Please enlighten me and others on this forum. Thanks.

I think so. We used to have dohas. Some Tulsi Das. Some Kabir Das. Studied it so many moons back.

Re: The quest for fair skinned wife

If you're looking for a one liner then it's equal to how you can't convince me on the topic that you really love someone who died in your family or something. Can you prove you love them?

I asked you a question which you skipped, if you wouldn't like to answer my questions you can't expect yours answered as well.

Seems like you're a man of logic and rational and it's cute you didn't understand what I said and I'm quoting again for you.

**"Can I tell a first grade student how to solve quadratic equations or what is binomial theorem?

First get admission in school learn the basics and once you graduate then come back and I will tell you everything."

**I need to know how lost you are in your atheism and then I will give you the medicine you need :)

Re: The quest for fair skinned wife

religion vs atheism in a fair skinned wife thread?

Re: The quest for fair skinned wife

[mod] **Consider this a warning for everyone here. Please stick to the thread topic. For those of you who seem to have forgotten what the topic is, I strongly recommend you go back and read post #1.

And don’t forget, you all are free to start new threads for other topics and we do have a separate religion forum.

Thank you.** :flowers:[/mod]

Re: The quest for fair skinned wife

For the record fair skin only makes you a desirable wife if you are ALSO slim. several of my cousins are fair skinned, almost white looking girls but they are all overweight so they always get rejected. some men even said 'I can marry you when you lose the weight' ha idiots

Re: The quest for fair skinned wife

everybody's got a preference.

Re: The quest for fair skinned wife

Damn, why are Punjabis with Pathan ancestry so racist?

Weird, because actual Pashtuns from KPK or Afghanistan who are much "fairer" and more exotic looking generally don't care about that stuff, I've noticed.

Ivory Coast bans potentially deadly skin-whitening creams | World news | The Guardian

Ivory Coast has banned skin-whitening creams, which are widely used in west Africa, because of fears they cause lasting damage to health, the health ministry said Wednesday.

“Cosmetic lightening and hygiene creams … that depigment the skin … are now forbidden,” the ministry said in a statement.
The ban affects whitening creams and lotions containing mercury and its derivatives, cortisone, vitamin A or more than two percent hydroquinine, a lightening agent that is used to develop photographs.

“The number of people with side effects caused by these medicines is really high,” said Christian Doudouko, a member of Ivory Coast’s pharmaceutical authority, warning that they could cause skin cancer…

Re: The quest for fair skinned wife

What is a Punjabi Pathan? Is it having one Pathan parent and one Punjabi parent? Do Punjabi Pathans speak Pashto, Punjabi or both? I have never heard anyone refer to themselves as a Punjabi Pathan (and I am married into a Pathan family)- even those of hubby's family who live in Islamabad, Lahore etc (basically outside of KPK) only consider themselves Pathan.

StrangeOne- what do you mean by, you don't marry out of the family (or families with similar backgrounds)? If you are a Punjabi Pathan (and if this does, in fact, mean having one Punjabi parent and one Pathan parent), then do you only marry your cousins or you only marry people who also have one Pathan parent and one Punjabi parent? Or perhaps I have it wrong, and a Punjabi Pathan is a true Pashtun who is 100% pakthun in their ways but just happens to live in Punjab?

Re: The quest for fair skinned wife

Those are people whose ancestors migrated to Punjab in old days. With passage of time, they got 'punjabized' and speak punajbi, act like punjabis, live like punjabis. In a way similar to how kashmiris got punjabized (the butts, dars, khwajas etc).

Re: The quest for fair skinned wife

I will reject fat girls (aka self acclaimed curvy these days). Don't see anything wrong with it.

Plus times have changed. It's not easy for avg looking guys anymore either.

It's the age of consumerism.

Re: The quest for fair skinned wife

I'm going to check both parents out as well as aunties/uncles for fatness as well as baldness - don't want to be passing those genetics on to the next generation. Skin colour i'm meh, no big deal for me, as long as she ain't kaali like a Nigerian.
