** Summer of 69 ** I also like your choice! Those are nice songs, especially the ** U2 ** one!
I think Dave Mathews has to be one of the most romantic song writers ever. He's amazing. Here are some words from "Crash into you":
*You've got your ball
you've got your chain
tied to me tight tie me up again
who's got their claws
in you my friend
Into your heart I'll beat again
Sweet like candy to my soul
Sweet you rock
and sweet you roll
Lost for you I'm so lost for you
You come crash into me
And I come into you
I come into you
In a boys dream
In a boys dream
Touch your lips just so I know
In your eyes, love, it glows so
I'm bare boned and crazy for you
When you come crash
into me, baby
And I come into you
*
shukriya.. tht is the reason i asked ya fellows to get a list from moi.. for not a large but a very convincing collection..
and dont b amazed folks.. im as cool as my choice too..
I got my first real six-string
Bought it at the five-and-dime
Played it til my fingers bled
It was the summer of '69
Me and some guys from school
Had a band and we tried real hard
Jimmy quit and Jody got married
I shoulda known we’d never get far
Oh when I look back now
That summer seemed to last forever
And if I had the choice
Ya - I’d always wanna be there
Those were the best days of my life
oh yeah back in the summer of 69
And I´m all alone
Don´t let me die
I´m losing my mind
Baby just give me a sign
And now that you´re gone
I just wanna be with you
And I can´t go on
I wanna be with you
Wanna be with you
when you love someone - you’ll do anything
you’ll do all the crazy things that you can’t explain
you’ll shoot the moon - put out the sun
when you love someone
you’ll deny the truth - believe a lie
there’ll be times that you’ll believe you can really fly
but you’re lonely nights - have just begun
when you love someone
when you love someone - you’ll feel it deep inside
and nothin else can ever change your mind
when you want someone - when you need someone
when you love someone…
when you love someone - you’ll sacrifice
you’d give it everything you got and you won’t think twice
you’d risk it all - no matter what may come
when you love someone
Gravity is not responsible for people falling in love

kabhi kabhi meray dil mein khayaal ata hai
keh zindagi teri zulfoon kee naram chaoon mein guzarney pati tou shadab ho bhi sukti thee..
yeh runj o ghum kee siyahi jo dil pey chaee hai
teri nazar kee shooaan mein khoo bhi suktee thee
magar yeh na ho saka …magar yeh ho na saka
aur ub yeh alam hai
keh tou nahi tera ghum teri justoju bhi nahee
guzar rahi hai kuch isterha zindagi jesay..
issay kissi kay saharey kee arzoo bhi nahi..
na koee raah naa manzil na roshni ka soragh..
bhatuck rahi hai undheroon mein zindage meri
inheen undheroon mein reh jaonga kabhi kho ker..
mein janta hoon meri hum nafus magar yoheen
kabhi kabhi meray dil mein khayal ata hai
kabhi kabhi…
Ever hear a love song and it, for no obvious reason brings tears into your eyes...!!!!! Well heard these two songs on separate occasions, and under different circumstances yet both had the same emotional effect.
English:
"To Make You Feel My Love"
Written by Bob Dylan
Sung by Gaarth Brooks
Indian:
Not sure of the title but its an old Kishore Kumar number, heres how it goes:
Hummain Tum Say Pyaar Kitna
Yeh Hum Nahin Jaante
Maggar Jee Nahin Sakte
Tumharai Bina
Listen to these songs if you get a chance...you'll love then too.

In english songs, i think "Truly Madly Deeply" by Savage Garden is beautiful and in indian songs, you all have posted some really nice songs, but how can u forget the ultimate love song...
Jab koyi baat bigar jayay
Jab koyi mushkil par jayay
Tum dena saath mera
O hamnawa...
Ho chandni jab tak raat
Deta hay har koyi saath
Tum magar andhairon main bhi na chorna mera haath...

Ahmar,
I know what song you are talking about and it just is amazing hayna.
wow
good choice
Oh btw, Amber, i downloaded Sade’s “No Ordinary Love” & ARt of Love’s “Moments in Luv” song…very nice. In particular, the remixed versions of Art of Luv are good..
Waqas, a-ha?? I haven’t heard anyone mention them for the longesstt time. & i actually do/did like them. they have had some good songs out…
Since someone did bring up Phil collins, well, the guy has sung lots of real nice songs.
Though there’s one i particular which i’ve always loved but can’t find it off of napster.
The song’s main lyrics go as, ‘You know i love you but i just can’t take this…you know i love you but i’m in to deep’
Anyone’s got a clue as to what it’s called…
