Yes, they are made with beef, not pork. They have a lovely smokey flavor and make the best frying oil for eggs! OMG I getting so hungry now!! There are many new types of sausage lately in our store - all made with turkey but havent tried them yet.

BTW pm, you can get halaal bacon too, its made from turkey meat and it is delicous!

Fish and chicken in omelette? Woah never heard of that one!!

I like different veggies in my omelette, whatever I have in the fridge I'll throw in --onions, tomatoes, green peppers, spinach, mushrooms. Plus cheese, and seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, and red mirch ...even a pinch of tandoori masala :)

So i was reading this and remembered i got some roast chicken left over from lastnite and thought i'd make an omeletter for lunch... and then i realise we r out of eggs!

So how does one go about making an egg-less omelette???
