ladies, sumtimes do u feel as if u r a masi/jamadarni/dhobi/bhangi/etc.

mein aaj bathroom dho rahi thi to mujhe khayal aaya kay hum amreeka mein reh kar kitna kaam kartey hain

i dun mind, lekin the other day i was talking to my khala in Pak aur woh heyran ho raheen theen kay baita tum bathroom bhi dhoti ho

and i was like jee 12 saal ki umer sey

to she was like Hai Allah tum kyun dho, meiney to zindagi mein nahi dhoya bathroom

:halo: kehney ko Pak is a third world country but har kisi kay pas naukar.

to all my ladies of GS, i feel ur pain

I know MSL bohat kaam kerna parta hai yeh dukh kaa to hamein pata ahi wahaan to kabhi kapray bhi nahi istri kiye jaate and khana bhi nahi pakaya jaata bache bhi maid sambhalti hai aap sirf unhain homework karate ho yaa chote chote kaam kerte ho yeh kiya yaad dilaa diya

I prefer cleaning up myself rather than someone of a lower socio economic status doing it for me. I have never felt like any of the above mentioned. My mom sometime ago hired a maid but could not continue with her because none of my siblings would allow her in their rooms. It feels like someone is getting into your privacy.

i agree. Pak mein yeh baat mujhe khud achi nahi lagi kay kuch karo to baatein, kuch na karo to baatein aurton ko bas yehi kaam reh jata hai bas phir

I prefer cleaning up myself rather than someone of a lower socio economic status doing it for me. I have never felt like any of the above mentioned. yeah depend karta hai, every1 has their own opinions abt sum1 touching their stuff. personally after living here and doing everything myself, i wudn't be satisfied with sum1 else cleaning my stuff either...it's not really ab socio economic status, just anyone....

aaahh u can hire a good maid in 1000 rupees in pakistan..kitanai mazai hain..ider the cleaning company charges 80 dollars perday …so week mai aik dafa mai bolati hoon:bummer:
