Good photos, and to answer your question, here are my 2 cents worth;
Photo #1 is a better photo for the title page. It is dramatic. Almost like a cover of a CD.
I would remove the lens flare on the bottom left hand corner. It draws un-neccessary attention.
Name logo has got to GO buddy, and this is why I think so.
Photo has an artistic tone to it. It is subtle and tasteful. The word "SAAD" has very bright colors and font conveys a different message than the photo. Samething with "SAEED", this font reminds me of Sci-Fiction Movie title, which again contradicts the mood in your photo.
Well, that's it. Maybe it's not what you wanted to hear, but your question seemed very honest, deserving an honest answer.

no problem my friend, any time. I see another story in the first photo. It seems as if you are looking directly at a fire fly (jugnu) holding in your hand.
first one is definately much better than the second 1..not like itz not good..itz just that first 1 lookz really nice to the eyez..if u know wht i mean…
