Re: The Photo-Fraud Guy!
hay loooooo hay loooooo
u dont think about me :(
Re: The Photo-Fraud Guy!
Allah ka shukar... no photo fraud has happened with me. However, I have to face other kinds of fraud. Guys' families do tend to tell the wrong age of the guy to make them look young, they also might tell the wrong education of the guy (e.g telling that the guy has done graduation although he had only done some diploma), telling the wrong salary of the guy etc.
Arranged marriages are very prone to frauds and therefore thorough investigation is suggested for both the guy and the girl.
Re: The Photo-Fraud Guy!
Love marriages are equally prone. Case in point: http://www.paklinks.com/gs/life-and-relationships/515923-murder-in-new-jersey-an-eye-opener.html
Re: The Photo-Fraud Guy!
Ok but the guy and girl can’t blame anyone for any fraud or if anything goes wrong in case of a love marriage. They are themselves responsible for the outcomes of the marriage. And I don’t think much investigations are done in cases of love marriages since the parents surrender to their children’s wishes and then they all have to suffer if things go wrong in the marriage.
Re: The Photo-Fraud Guy!
This goes both ways.
Families of some girls do try to hide the age of the girls.
Once I was taken to a home by rishta aunty when I was looking for a bride to be. So a girl came and sat down on the sofa khamoshee say. I was waiting and waiting for the girl thinking this is mother of the girl , then rishta aunty told me chupkay say that this is the girl talk to her. ![]()
Then there was this guy from Pakistan I knew and I also knew this aunty who was pretty and was a baby face woman. They got married , when the guy found out the real age of that aunty he divorced her because she was really an aunty for his age. So have I heard, was the reason of divorce.

But isnt it always a bit comforting when you know you are not the one to be blamed for the mess?! :p Though honestly i feel even if a love marriage fails, the families are usually there for the couple involved and there isnt much of the blame game happening. Or maybe not, correct me if i am wrong here!
Re: The Photo-Fraud Guy!
