There is always self-talk and brain chatter if you feed your brain good thoughts it will prompt good behavior if you don’t manage your self-thoughts you will be temperamental and unstable and moody. Tomorrow my athletes are going to have a meeting with the sports psychologist. My best friend and neighbor and the best human I met in my life was a psychiatrist and we used to discuss these things a lot, unfortunately, he passed away at a young age of cancer. Also, I coach people to manage their emotions.
