I surmised as much. Please be more careful when you accuse others of not being open-minded.

I was joking. I am open minded and open to other ideas-I have yet however to be convinced that something other then Islam is the truth. We accept Jesus ect as paths to God within the framework of Islam and there own times-there paths became void with the corruption of the message by the likes of Paul ect over time, and with the arrival of our master, the nur of the universe-all previous "ways" are no not acceptable to Allah. This is our belief.

Mo-Best?

Who determined that Paul's messages were wrong? Do you think the writings of Paul were immoral?

Obviously if you accept that Paul changed the bible, which is historical fact, then you must acept that it no longer holds the divinity of the version brought by Jesus alone.

I thin Paul was just some kafir aiming to distort the faith of truth (which it was at the time)-and seems like he was quite successful.

mod this is a good thread, can we though take out the lame back and forth arguing by 2 menbers here. serves no purpose in this thread except for the usual lameness.

Yes it is a good thread. There is no "back-forth" arguing here man, not that I can see.

<~~~~ back to the heart of the matter.

Thing is? (i think) healthy to concentrate on God.

and?? Mo? please demonstrate the wrongness of Paul.

Demonstrate his truth-your the one desperate to defend him.

I don't really know much of Paul.

but I think he said..

But we will not boast of authority we do not have. Our goal is to measure up to God's plan for us, and this plan includes our working there with you.

Besides... why do you ask me to demonstrate Paul's truth?

Paul was a follower of Jesus. Whatever truth he might behold is Jesu'.. not Pauls.

At least a 4 people debate here..

BTW... no one answered my last post...so I suppose I am right!

Islam is only to be sumbit to the Will of Allah.

Be very careful here. When you start making ludicrous claims about this Prophet and that Prophet, not only are you bordering on Shirk, but you reject the Qur'aan!

Nothing and nobody is anywhere equal to Allah SWT.

Stick to letting Allah be Allah and Prophets be Prophets.

And Mo_Best, please do not disrespect the Prophet SAW by exalting his status way above all the other Prophets:

Read and learn:

2:177 It is not righteousness that ye turn your faces Towards east or West; but it is righteousness- to believe in Allah and the Last Day, and the Angels, and the Book, and the Messengers;

2:136 Say ye: "We believe in Allah, and the revelation given to us, and to Abraham, Isma'il, Isaac, Jacob, and the Tribes, and that given to Moses and Jesus, and that given to (all) prophets from their Lord: We make no difference between one and another of them: And we bow to Allah (in Islam)."

2:285 The Messenger believeth in what hath been revealed to him from his Lord, as do the men of faith. Each one (of them) believeth in Allah, His angels, His books, and His apostles. "We make no distinction (they say) between one and another of His apostles." And they say: "We hear, and we obey: (We seek) Thy forgiveness, our Lord, and to Thee is the end of all journeys."

3:84 Say: "We believe in Allah, and in what has been revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham, Isma'il, Isaac, Jacob, and the Tribes, and in (the Books) given to Moses, Jesus, and the prophets, from their Lord: We make no distinction between one and another among them, and to Allah do we bow our will (in Islam)."

5:99 The Messenger's duty is but to proclaim (the message). But Allah knoweth all that ye reveal and ye conceal.

6:162 Say: "Truly, my prayer and my service of sacrifice, my life and my death, are (all) for Allah, the Cherisher of the Worlds:

7:188 Say: "I have no power over any good or harm to myself except as Allah willeth. If I had knowledge of the unseen, I should have multiplied all good, and no evil should have touched me: I am but a warner, and a bringer of glad tidings to those who have faith."

If you want, I can give you the synopsis and period of revelation for each ayat. That way nothing can be taken out of context.
