Whats your secret to beautiful lips?
Do you exfoliate? Any special lip conditioners or treatments?

I guess scrubing should help and ofcourse a nice lip balm in winters is a must :)

vaseline/petroleum jelly are the ever green products for smooth beautiful lips :)

Unless I fill mine in with liner or put something on them they get all dry and skanky.. left bare they look awful :(
A lot of people use a toothbrush to exfoliate but mine are quite big and dry out really easily..

I guess vaseline is the poor man's method, but you can always tell lips that have vaselline dumped on them.
A good product is Neutrogena's chaptstick. Not the lip balm or the tube that you'll see in most stores. They have these chapsticks - difficult to find these days and mostly in specialty stores. It's like 2 dollars per chapstick and they're so worth it. They almost have a vaselline effect, but they're not greasy.
Apply it under your lipstick.
