There’s nothing wrong with the Constitution. All it needs is a few amendments, to get rid of the provisions defining ‘Muslim’ (and also Ahmadis), and the Hudood/Shahadat/Zina ordinances.

Hum, it needs a few ammendments but not what you are talking about. Let me write the first statement for the real problem with Pakistani constitution.

Pakistani constitution contains all the provisions of Islam but, there are some back doors that are intentionally left open, which make it INEFFECTIVE as to an Islamic Constitution. Secularism is not a solution, as I said it is Shirk. The solution is to closed those back doors and loopholes intentionally left open to make it an INEFFECTIVE Islamic Constitution. If that is done, all the problems will resolve and we would be able to show to the world that yes, this is a true Islamic State, and this is a true Islamic constitution. And this is for what Pakistan was created, this God Gifted country that is now a days rampant with corruption and injustice.

If someone does not understand it, ask me, I’ll write more. **But please do not detrack the topic by stupid and preamptive comments. **We can really understand what is wrong rather than not understanding the problem and randomly throwing in useless comments that do not help in anyway.
