The Pakistani chef in Dubai's Meena Bazaar whose biryani sells like hot cakes

Without clicking on link yet @Dubaiwali is it you?!!

I want biryani now :bummer:

The best biryani I have ever eaten was at a place you would least expect to find. The Maharajas at the Eden Island, Victoria in tiny island nation of Seychelles. I was infact so happy, on my last day in Seychelles, I called out the cook, an Indian, and gave him a hundred dollar bill. I have had the pleasure of eating biryani or the so called 'biryanoid' all over the world including far flung places like Tasmania, Fiji, South Africa, even Trinidad & Tobago! but the biryani in Seychelles trumps all.

Hate biryani because no outside recipe beats the taste of my mom-made biryani.

Blasphemy right there!

He works at Pak Liyari Restaurant...

Biryani has lot of varieties and 100 of different ways! But it is simple spicy variation of the Central Asian pulao in the sub continent!

Karachi has a lot of famous biryanies and a number of wedding bawarchies who cook adorably tasty biryanies!
