The P.E.O International Peace Scholarships are awarded to women who are citizens of countries other than the US or Canada for
graduate study in the US or Canada. The maximum amount for 12
months is $6,000. You must be planning on returning to your own
country after you receive your degree.
There is a two-step process. First, you must write to PEO
International and request an eligibility information form. Once
you fill that out, and PEO determines that you are eligible, then
they will send you the actual application. Your eligibility
information is due before DECEMBER 15, 2003.
