WHAT: Discovery Communications and the New York Times are holding a
screening and reception of Thomas L. Friedman Reporting: The Other
Side of Outsourcing. During the special, Thomas L. Friedman takes an
in-depth look at how people, businesses and governments are affected
by the migration of knowledge-based jobs. A question and answer
session with Mr. Friedman will be held immediately after the
screening.

WHO: Currently a foreign affairs columnist for The New York Times,
Thomas L. Friedman has been awarded three Pulitzer Prizes. His columns
are syndicated to over 700 newspapers worldwide and he is the author
of numerous books, including “From Beirut to Jerusalem,” “The Lexus
and the Olive Tree: Understanding Globalization,” and “Longitudes and
Attitudes: Exploring the World After September 11.”
