I don’t know if it was deliberate as in “pre-meditated” cuz I haven’t followed everything but I certainly don’t believe his position that he thought it was an intruder in the house…

I think he did kill her intentionally. His story is just beyond any sense , I have thought over and over again on the possibility of killing one’s partner in the circumstances that he is stating and believe me, I get baffled every single time!

Same.. I can’t understand how he couldn’t have known that it was her in the bathroom..
