I think he did kill her intentionally. His story is just beyond any sense , I have thought over and over again on the possibility of killing one’s partner in the circumstances that he is stating and believe me, I get baffled every single time!

His case is terribly weak i think Despite his strong lawyers, the prosecutor ripped him apart. I heard whole Pistorious/Prosecutor Q&A and the way he started crying, dont think he’s story has got any authenticity anymore.
Also read about that prosecutor, he’s very (de)famed for sinking large ships with his concrete drilling questions.
P.S. : I really found it funny and impressive how some of us find room to fight on a serious thread like this. It could be a healthy forum to discuss one of the most interesting cases.
