So Are you saying that hz Ali(as) was doin zulm? If no what reason was there to fight Ali(as)

Again, I do think she had the best of intentions. But then again, lust for power seized all of them in some way or another, probably even Ali (R).

Lust of power? Even if we assume hz Ali(as) was greedy, by the time of war he was already in power.

Second point - Please keep in mind that what you read in hadith a lot of times is just poetic sayings - that is, they’re not to be taken literally.

For example, if I say Bibi so - and - so is so good, she is the mother of all muslims. It doesn’t mean she literally gave birth to every muslim. It just means she’s very religious.

When we say bibi xxxxx is the mother of believers it does not mean she is a good muslim. It is that noone else can marry a prophets wife, just like u cant marry ur mother.

Likewise if the Prophet said that Ali (R) is the best of creations, he probably did not mean it literallly. It was most likely just to say “Ali is really awesome”.

If Quran says O Muhammad u are a Rahmat for the entire creation, it doesnt mean he is very very kind, it literally means he(pbub) really is Rehmat for the Entire creation. Although yes there are some hadiths which are not to be taken literally, but in this case they had to be
