Let me take a crack at this using our resident royalty's logic. First man was a monkey, monkies worship bananas, and monkies need an operating manual on how to peel a banana. bananas also resemble private parts and monkies didnt know whether to eat the banana or do the thing.
So Monkies (smart ones) came up with a manual (using heiroglyphics) on peeling bananas and as they evolved so did the art of peeling a banana and their sketches. Years later Abraham got fed up with all these different manual floating around and simplified it so there was only ONE version.
OK everybody happy now, see no more problems everyone go home, end of discussion.
