Re: the olive, the fig, the pomengrenate
Olive oil has helped me so much this winter...I just found out about it. I used it when my skin was just SO dry, it felt like paper. I would take some olive oil, rub it on my fingers and massage it in every night. In the morning, all my dry skin would be gone and my face felt SOOO SOFT! I didnt have to use as much moisturizer either after I washed it off.
Even though it tastes YUCKY on its own - to me at least - Ive heard a couple of tablespoons of this can help digestin.
Figs have been recommended by my grandmother everytime there was a stomach ache in the house. We always have some at home. Good stuff.
